Who are we? 🏎

Ornikar’s mission is to make driving a positive and safe experience for everyone. Every day, we develop innovative solutions to improve the overall car mobility experience, from driving education, to overall driving life, by accompanying each driver specifically.

After raising €100 millions in early 2021, we are ramping up our offers: driver education and car insurance. We are now in France and Spain but soon coming to many more countries.

About the People team 🦸

Designed to support Ornikar-Onroad's growth, the People team is scaling too!

Everybody joined between 2019 and 2021, we are now 10 people between France and Spain, and we are organized in three squads:

Talent Acquisition is on a mission is to bring the best candidates to Ornikar,

People Experience aims to deliver our Employee Value Proposition through policy design and implementation, on and off boarding, teams' development, talent management...),

People Growth empowers Ornikar’s people through performance cycles and development programs, and also builds our HR stack.


We are looking for our very first Head of People Development  🌋

The Head of People Development supervises the People Experience and People Growth teams which currently counts. He/she’s a trusted point of contact for Managers and team members of the organization during their employee lifecycle.

The People Development centres of excellence support People Business Partners and Leaders of the organization while delivering our employee value proposition ( teams' development, talent management, career tracks, develop HR initiatives for culture and engagement) and maintaining seamless People Operations (payroll, admin,legal, health and safety…)

Their main KPIs are: employee NPS, attrition, average years of service, gender equality index…


What you will do 🛠

  • Build and run best-in-class people operations (payroll, admin, compliance...) to provide a great experience to our Ornikar and Onroad team members. You'll also have the opportunity of hiring your team!
  • Create sustainable people programs and processes
  • Lead Learning and Development projects supporting the Business' needs
  • Provide expertise on employment-related matters
  • Enable and support People Business partners with their customers' challenges
  • Collaborate with the rest of the People team to support execution of global HR projects, policies and tools


You are our ideal candidate if... 🤩

-you've got a proven track record in setting up best-in-class People Operations, People Experience and Learning/Development projects in a fast-paced and international environment (at least 7 years). Applicants without any experience in People operations will not be considered.

-you managed crucial HR projects such as HRIS implementation, design new policies, international expansion or even M&A
